Bookings for holiday clubs should be paid for in full once you receive confirmation and no later than 2 weeks prior to the club starting and are non refundable.
Termly home ed bookings are paid montly in advance and also non refundable. This is because we prebook our specialst staff in advance on a termly basis based upon ratios.
You can cancel a termly booking by giving 1 months notice via email
