Philosophy

The Fire Pit collective is a dedicated, screen-free space for teenagers to unwind at the end of the school week. This isn't childcare - it is a youth community. We swap phones and social media for real connection, outdoor survival skills and good food around a campfire.

Activities

  • Fire & Wild Cooking - Learning traditional fire lighting techniques and cooking over open flames
  • Green Woodworking - Using tools safely to carve, build and create utensils, green working grills, whittling projects
  • Digital Detox - A guaranteed 'tech-free zone' to help teens clear their minds and connect with nature
  • Social Space - A relaxed low pressure environment to make new friends, talk and chill out by the fire
