Bookings for holiday clubs should be paid for in full once you receive confirmation and no later than 2 weeks prior to the club starting.
To cancel a booking, you are requested to notify us 14 days in advance of the event / session via email: [email protected] which is picked up during office hours. This is due to the high ratios of specialist trained staff to students. If you wish to cancel a session due to illness or any other unpredictable event during the 14 days in advance of the session we cannot reimburse your fee. If you cancel earlier than 14 days prior to the sessions you may receive a partial reduction on a future booking.
